I've just picked up on all the major events from being here long enough But yeah unless you have SSJ 2 Gohan weak, then he should win.

If going by SEG, SSJ2 is 2x the poweer of SSJ, so1.25x + 2x = 3.25. And SSJ3 is 4x SSJ2, then the boost distance should be in this range, 1.23x, so Goku should still be able to this taking Goku's statement about him doubting Gohan, even with SSJ2, it seems likely they should be even IMO.
